Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
During promotional periods, launches, public holidays, or peak seasons, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.
From time to time, LovLatch may offer complimentary shipping promotions at its discretion.
Any customs duties, taxes, VAT, import charges, or local handling fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, it will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly in the first instance. You may also contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Delays
LovLatch is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
• postal or courier disruptions • weather events • customs processing • peak holiday demand • incorrect or incomplete address details • failed delivery attempts • circumstances outside our reasonable control
We will always do our best to assist you in tracking delayed parcels.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at contact@lovlatch.com with your order number.
We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
LovLatch is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered where loss or theft occurs after delivery, unless required by applicable law.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• your order number • clear photos of the damaged packaging • clear photos of the damaged item
We will assess the claim and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• your order number • photos of the item received
We will arrange for the correct item to be sent or provide a remedy as required by law.
Address Changes
We are unable to guarantee address changes once an order has been placed.
Please contact us as soon as possible after ordering if you need to amend your delivery address. If your order has already been processed or dispatched, changes may not be possible.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for:
• any import duties, taxes, or customs fees • ensuring the product can be legally imported into their country • complying with local regulations
LovLatch is not responsible for parcels held, delayed, destroyed, or rejected by customs authorities.
Risk and Title
To the extent permitted by law, risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
