Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), received the last item of your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email to contact@lovlatch.com). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
